What are the Risks? Spreading of virus to patients/staff/colleagues through:
• Direct contact with infected or incubating patient
• Aerosol spread (droplet)
• Contaminated surfaces and equipment

• Direct contact with infected or incubating patient
• Aerosol spread (droplet)
• Contaminated surfaces and equipment

To reduce risks all patients will:
• be assessed via video call and appointment agreed. Unfortunately no new patients at present.
• complete an online screening questionnaire 24hrs before appointment.
• have appointments cancelled by telephone if any answers are positive.
• arrive at the clinic alone at the appointed time.
• wear or be provided with a face mask.
• enter via the side gate to the garden where they will be greeted by the practitioner and escorted to the clinic.
• temperature will be taken at the clinic door. Appointment will be cancelled if temperature is above 37.5C.
• asked to leave personal belongings outside the clinic room.
• asked to wash their hands and have hand sanitizer applied.
• sign a consent form to be treated in this time of Covid-19 pandemic.
• have discussion with practitioner.
• sign online treatment consent.
• have agreed treatment delivered by the practitioner.
• agree appointment date for video review.
• leave the clinic room and be escorted back to the garden entry.
To reduce risks the room and surfaces will:
• be cleaned with antimicrobial spray and the entire area will be defogged to ensure complete decontamination within 30 seconds.
To reduce risks the practitioner will:
• wear scrubs – fresh each day.
• wear wipeable shoes e.g. crocs.
• change out of uniform before leaving the building.
• wear face mask, visor and apron at all times within the clinic.
• change apron after each treatment.
• ensure enough time between patients and never overrun.
